If you would like a copy of the resource for the week, please do not hesitate in emailing me or the office and we can arrange a collection day and time.
Thank you all again for your support in encouraging your children to work at home :)
Take care and have a great week!

Welcome to Netherton’s Class Page!
We would like to welcome you all to the new term! On this page, you will be able to find out what we have been getting up to and learning in Netherton class.
This term we are taking our imaginary plane all the way to Kenya in Africa. We will look at how people in Kenya live and how their houses compare to ours. We will learn all about the Masai culture and go on safari to see all the African animals. Linked to this, we will hopefully take a trip down to Telford to visit the Exotic zoo and learn all about African animals.
We will go back in time and see how transport has changed throughout the years. We will become inventors and design a new mode of transport!
Phonics will be taught daily, with spellings linked to these sounds once a week. Spelling activities will be set on ‘Spelling-Shed’ to encourage the children to learn and practise their spellings.
The partnership between the school and home is what enables our children to grow as learners and as people. With your continued support, our children will thrive and become confident and independent individuals with the love for learning and the aspiration to do well.
Thank you for your continued support!
